Order Processing & Delivery Terms

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4:00 PM on the same working day. However, during busy periods, please allow up to two working days for dispatch.

Next-Day Delivery Service
We offer a next-working-day delivery service for eligible orders. To ensure same-day dispatch, your order must be placed before 3:30 PM.
Please note: Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Fridays will be processed on the next working day, typically Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Stock Availability
In the unlikely event that an item ordered is out of stock, despite being shown as available at the time of purchase, we will notify you within two working days.
You will be offered: An estimated restock date; The option to choose an alternative product, or a full refund of your order.

Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused at the point of delivery and returned to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the total refund amount.

Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in raising a claim with the carrier.
Please note: If we are contacted after this period, we may no longer be able to open a claim or offer assistance, as claims outside this window are no longer accepted by the carrier.

Taxes & Duties:
EU Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price when checking out.
USA Orders - Import duties, taxes, and charges are INCLUDED in the item price at the time of checkout
Rest of the World - Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs would be before buying.
Some countries may charge taxes for importing goods from another country, such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
We try our best to help our buyers minimise the risk of paying taxes, marking the item as a sample or a gift of lower value. In our experience, about 92% of the parcels reach buyers without taxes paid. Even if you have to pay taxes and import duties, it will be much less than you should.
