Stock Availability

Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused at the point of delivery and returned to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the total refund amount.
Delivery Delays
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in raising a claim with the carrier.
